This yacon syrup, I find to be best when I put it either in my coffee or tea. I also like it on my hot cereal (oatmeal). It’s a great source of fiber, a no calorie sweetener, and has many added benefits. It speeds up metabolism, and makes you feel fuller for longer.
I do notice that when using the Yacon Syrup as recommended, I don’t have any of the late night cravings or the urge to snack in between meals. According to much of the research I have done on this, it is a great sweetener for diabetic use.
