Personally, I pluck.  I don’t like to put the fate of my brows in someone elses hands, and I just KNOW that if I were to put a wax on my brows to help shape them… it would NOT turn out well at all.

I have always had this fear of waxing, as I have a fear of pain.  If I can pull them out one at a time, as fast or as slow as I need to, the fear doesn’t overtake me.  Yes, I know.. sad as it sounds.. I REALLY do not like pain.  I’ll take a quick one at a time ouch over a rip, tear and SCREAM any day!

These slant tipped tweezers from Majestic Bombay allow me to do just that.  Because the tips of these tweezers are slanted, it makes it so much easier to find the hair and grasp it without fumbling around.  I can see where I am directing the tweezers to go without having to move my arms in funky directions to be sure I can see the hair to grab it.

I know it sounds funny, but how many of you can say that if someone were to take a picture of you, looking in the mirror and trying to grasp a strand of hair.. you wouldn’t look like some kind of contortionist?  I know that MY photo would be hysterical!  Even those awful chin hairs can be difficult to see while trying to use a flat tipped pair of tweezers, and the things I do to be able to SEE that hair, would make me cringe to see in a photo.

Well, don’t take my word for it!  Try that photo challenge!  Stand in front of the mirror with a pair of flat tipped tweezers, and have someone snap a picture of you!  Then stand in front of the mirror AGAIN, while trying to grasp the hair with THESE tweezers.  You’ll be surprised how much simpler, and less contortion you do, to pull that pesky hair!
